Les Kaye is the abbot of the Kannondo Zen Meditation Center in Mountain View south of San Francisco. He's the author of three books including Zen at Work. Les wrote a piece which I, DC, read. Next I read an interview with him from Zen & Business dot com, then from my own notes, then from his Sweeping Zen Interview. Good stuff.
