Crooked Cucumber - chapter 3 - Higher Education - for those whose Audible version is missing chapter three

If your Audible audiobook is missing chapter three of Crooked Cucumber: the Live and Zen Teaching of Shunryu Suzuki, here it is. Only the Apple and iTunes versions have that problem now I think. It was a general problem with the first upload to Audible and was fixed but it seems the fix wasn't forwarded to Apple Books  and ITunes.
